The Links Are Not Working In My Subscription Gift Email
We have found that some email providers can disable hyperlinks sent out in our Subscription gift emails - Hotmail email addresses appear to be the most susceptible to this. Our tech team are working on a solution to prevent this, but in the meantime, please add no-reply@giftsubscription.theschooloflife.com to your safe list, then re-open your emails again.
To do this follow these instructions;
- Open Outlook/Hotmail and go to File > Options > Mail.
- In the Spam section, click on the Safe Senders button.
- In the Add a sender or domain field, enter the email address: no-reply@giftsubscription.theschooloflife.com
- Click on the OK button to add the sender to the list
This should enable links in your email, but if you're still experiencing issues email us at appsupport@theschooloflife.com
