The Links Are Not Working In My Subscription Gift Email

We have found that some email providers can disable hyperlinks sent out in our Subscription gift emails - Hotmail email addresses appear to be the most susceptible to this. Our tech team are working on a solution to prevent this, but in the meantime, please add no-reply@giftsubscription.theschooloflife.com to your safe list, then re-open your emails again.

To do this follow these instructions;

1. Open Outlook/Hotmail and go to File > Options > Mail.
2. In the Spam section, click on the Safe Senders button.
3. In the Add a sender or domain field, enter the email address: no-reply@giftsubscription.theschooloflife.com 
4. Click on the OK button to add the sender to the list

This should enable links in your email, but if you're still experiencing issues email us at appsupport@theschooloflife.com
