What Does The Delete Function Do?

The delete function that can be found in the settings of the app is designed to delete a users personal data and progress.

This will NOT

• Cancel your subscription (you will still have your subscription running and will be charged).
• Turn off your auto-renew.

This WILL

• Delete all of your data within the app, progression and personalisation.
• This will then allow you to log back into the app to start the app from scratch, your progress will be reset ONLY for customers who purchased the subscription via Google Play or Apple App Store. Customers who purchased the subscription directly and wish to delete their data should contact us directly at appsupport@theschooloflie.com

For customers who still do wish to delete all their data you can follow these steps:

Via 'The School Of Life' website - only for customers who purchased directly from the 'The School Of Life' website.

• To delete your account simply log in on our website here
• Select 'Close Account' from the menu.

In-app - only for Google Play and Apple App Store customers

• Login as normal to 'The School Of Life' app.
• Navigate to your settings via;
  • Me
  • Settings
• At the bottom you will find the field that allows you to delete your account.
• When promoted enter the word delete into the delete code field.
