The App Is Asking Me To Pay Despite Having a Subscription
The solution to this issue depends on how you originally purchased your subscription.
Purchased Via Google Play or Apple App store?
If you purchased in-app via Google Play/Apple App Store when you see the paywall select the option “restore purchases” and this will get you back in to your account.
Purchased directly from 'The School of Life' website.
If you purchased the app via our website you need to ensure that you log in to the app using the “Sign in with Email” option, and not the “sign in with Google/Apple” options.
If you have used one of the auto sign-in options (via Google or Apple) then you will need to completely log out of the app and sign in with the exact email & password you used/created when you purchased the app via our website.
